Allen Iverson Asks to be traded!!!! Arenas & Butler Combine for 52 Points.

It seems Allen Iverson is on his way out of Philly, considering he was not even allowed to watch his teammates play in Washington D.C....

I tried to ignore all the rumors about this trade, but it seems like there's no way out now....

Iverson might have played his last game in Philadelphia already.

We might not see him in a Philadelphia 76ers jersey ever again....

Ed Snider said the team is prepared to trade Iverson, ending his 11-year stint with the team that made the No. 1 pick in the 1996 draft.

"It's just time for him to go his way and for us to go our way," Snider said.

Team President Billy King said Allen was banished from the game against the Wizards but it was not a suspension.

Iverson's future will be re-evaluated after Saturday night's game at Orlando.

Coach Cheeks and King said A.I. was sent sent home because he did not practice on Thursday and left Wednesday's blowout loss at Chicago with back spasms.

Iverson said he told the Sixers well before, that he was healthy enough to play.

Iverson said he was told not to participate in shootaround and instead watched from the sideline. He joined the Sixers in the huddle, then was told by Cheeks not to come to the Wachovia Center.

"As hard as it is to admit, a change may be the best thing for everyone," Iverson said. "I hate admitting that because I love the guys on the team and the city of Philadelphia. I truly wanted to retire a 76er."

I don't even know what to feel or wish for...

Will it be smooth if he manages to stay with the Sixers???

I cannot see him in another jersey, it just does not seem right.

Looks like the Sixers aint goin nowhere this year...

But Iverson could be...

I'll keep yall updated.

Peace.

Gordan's Hot Hand Deals Sixers Another Loss

Allen Iverson Biography

It's not looking to good for the Sixers, especially because they allowed Ben Gordan to put up 17 quick points to start the game.

On their way to a 121-94 victory Wednesday night, Chicago's Ben Gordan scored 17 of his 31 in a lopsided first-quarter.

``We've really been doing a good job of hitting guys in spots where they can score the basketball,'' Gordon said.

Philly has dropped SIX straight games and 12 of their last 14!!!

Well Iverson did not try and hide his visible disappointment.

``We've lost 12 out of 14 games and obviously, something needs to be done,'' he said. ``There needs to be a change. Somehow, something needs to be scrambled up. We need to figure out how to play a different way, because the way we're playing is not getting it done.''

Iverson put up his 16 of his 25 points in the second quarter in an attempt to bring them back into the game. The Sixers were down 16-39 to start the second quarter.

Iverson would leave in the last quarter because of back spasms.

``We've got to find a way we're going to play every single night,'' Iverson said. ``We play different ways every night.''

Hopefully A.I. and the Sixers will rebound tonight against the Wizards.
